X-Plane 12 crash after starting with EC 135 Version 5.23

Hello,
I have version 12.0.9 of X-Plane 12.
As soon as I start the EC 135 V5.23 the entire program crashes.

I would like to go back to the questions I asked. When I look at the log file it says "No product key found. Only freeware features available". But I only downloaded the basic version and did so several times. And the basic version does not have a product key. Am I doing something wrong here?

You're not doing anything wrong. The message about the product key is not relevant to you.

I see two possibilities that could be behind the problem:

1. Some kind of memory management issue. This could be, for example, insufficient RAM.

2. An incompatibility with another plugin - possibly also affecting memory management. The procedure in such a case is as follows: Remove all, absolutely all, plugins that do not come directly with X-Plane. Then try to load the helicopter. If that works, add the other plugins again step by step. It's tedious, but then you realize where the culprit is.

Thanks for the tip! I removed all plugins and the "culprit" was the "Airport Visual System (AVS)" plugin. A pity!
But now I can practice flying with the EC 135, even though the approach is still very shaky shortly before landing.
