Trim Release Button - Not working

Hello,
I have the Plus version XP12 and a TM Warthog stick. I configurate a stick button to the "trim release button" and trims to a hat 4 ways. Using AP and Autotrim On and sadly it not works as it should. I press and hold the trim release and when i move the stick (holding that button) the stick was not stopped and still synced with my hardware stick. Also if i use the directional trim hat switch it also not trim. I did exactly all that tutorial videos recommend.
So, i need some help.

The Force Trim button has fundamentally different functions when flying with or without the autopilot.
Without AP or in AP SAS mode it is the Force Trim function.
With AP, the button is used as an override option. In A.TRIM mode, for example, you can use it to change the reference flight attitude. Press and hold FTR, steer the helicopter into the desired attitude, then release FTR. Immediately afterwards you let the stick go back to its centering. The AP then fixes the attitude set when the button was released.

Releasing the stick to center very quickly after releasing the button is important, otherwise we don't know if your stick movement is meant to be an intentional override.

ok, its a bit better but far from what should be, looks that sometimes works sometimes not. This button could be much better if it works as, if i hold and press one time it redefine the new center as the position i hold and after then i center the joystick and it hold the attitude.
Also strangely today the trim on pitch works, but the trim on roll not.

i  did exactly as manual and official tutorial videos explain. Sometimes works sometimes not much.
Anyway i will keep using it, after some tests, i'm having big time fun flying this great helicopter.
